We work with your teaching teams to understand your specific students, schedules, and constraints, then tailor sessions to what you need to implement. Our professional development programmes cover classroom practices: structuring lessons for mixed abilities, responding to dysregulation, adapting materials, communicating with parents, and creating sensory-friendly spaces. In-Class Observation & Consultation
Our specialists observe lessons and work with you to problem-solve. Why is a student disengaged? What's driving a particular behaviour? How can adjusting the task, environment, or instruction help this student succeed? These conversations happen in your classroom, using what's occurring with your students. We consult with general educators, special educators, and support staff. Everyone who works with your students gains strategies and perspective.
Individual Student Support
Some students need intensive intervention. We can provide direct services (speech-language pathology, behavioral support, developmental assessment) alongside consultation with your staff. This combination ensures students receive specialized support while your teachers develop skills to support similar students independently over time.

Initial Assessment
We begin by understanding your school’s context. Which students are you most concerned about? What gaps exist in behaviour support, academic access, communication, motor skills, or sensory needs? What resources and constraints shape your school day? We meet with leadership, special education staff, and classroom teachers to map your actual situation.
On-Site Observation
Our clinicians spend time in classrooms, observing students and instruction in context. We watch how lessons are structured, how transitions happen, how students respond to different adults and demands. Context shapes behaviour. What we see in your classroom matters more than what we’d see in a clinic setting.
Custom Frameworks
Based on assessment and observation, we develop specific strategies and systems for your school. Recommendations may include visual schedules, behaviour support systems, sensory regulation strategies, adapted learning materials, or teacher coaching plans. These frameworks are built for your school, using your existing structures where possible.
Active Implementation
We don’t hand you a manual and leave. Our team works alongside your staff during implementation.
